Time to Go

These murals were done

12 and 10 years ago.

Their sweet mom was still pregnant at the time just setting up the nurseries.

This was the first one.

At the time I was using a technique with a tiny

and I do mean tiny sponge.

The effect looked like watercolor and on this particular wall

it changed colors during the day from purple to blue.

This one two years later was done using the same technique.

The effects were sweet and tranquil.

Now it’s time to say good bye.

The rooms are empty and ready to repaint

the way the girls want.

I know it will be something incredible because

these two girls are so bright and extraordinary!

Their mom sent me these photos last night

along with a very nice note.

I hope they think back fondly

with many happy memories in their first rooms.

Good Night Rooms.

Deb, your work is extraordinary as always. Every little girl would love to have her walls make her room a fairytale.
